My career started in management consultancy where I developed and nurtured my project management skillset.
Following on from this I spent over 5 years in the market research industry servicing a wide range of customers from transport to beauty. During these years within research, I expanded my project management skills where I managed multiple third party suppliers and external/internal senior stakeholders. This catapulted me into tech, where I now manage complex projects onboarding enterprise level customers to Zoom. I have delivered complex technical solutions that have transformed how major enterprises utilise Zoom’s growing product suite. This involves managing the full project lifecycle from presales to Day 2 transition, always ensuring Zoom customers are happy with their new telecommunications platform.
Outside of project deliveries, I have a keen interest in developing future talent within the tech and telecoms space. I have contributed to a global career framework to grow future talent within Zoom. I have also recently signed up to the ElevateHER program as a mentee, hoping to return as a mentor soon to help foster a more inclusive tech community.
