‘The Coaching Catalysts’ was founded by Sarah Bramall and Rebecca Daniel. Both are qualified and experienced Coaches, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF); trainers for lead coach training organisations and trained Coach Supervisors. They hold additional qualifications in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP); DISC Personality and Behaviour profiling and Mental Health First Aiders.
With a combined thirty years’ teaching and leadership experience in the education sector, they create change through transformational coaching, supervision and training. Sarah and Rebecca’s aligned passion for impact enables them to work with coaches and professionals to support them to excel personally and professionally, while developing their mindset, prioritising wellbeing and enhancing communication in order to feel fulfilled in all aspects of their lives.
Their work developing coaches has been monumental in ensuring coaches are practising ethically, developing professionally and prioritising their wellbeing in a sector which is currently unregulated.

Sadia Akhtar | Neurological Physiotherapist | MSPhysioCoach
I am a highly experienced specialised neurological physiotherapist with a decade of expertise, comprising eight years in the NHS and two years at a prominent private neurorehabilitation facility in Abu Dhabi.
My passion lies in providing comprehensive care and support to women living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), a complex neurological condition impacting various facets of life, including vision, mobility, cognition, balance, bladder and bowel function, mental health and many more.
The core mission of my business is to empower women with MS to proactively manage their diagnosis and lead fulfilling lives by managing both physical and mental health.
To realise this vision, I have developed a 12-week online course, utilising a hybrid model of group and individual coaching. This comprehensive program represents my commitment to holistic care, education, and community-building, with the view to ultimately enrich the lives of women facing the challenges of MS.

In response to the growing demand for long-lasting and reasonably priced jewellery, D. Louise has positioned itself as an innovator in the industry. Our strategic focus on affordability and quality ensures that our prices are fair, and the durability of our pieces are incredible. Through extensive research, we identified a material that is highly durable, allowing our customers to wear our pieces confidently during various activities, including showering, exercising, and sleeping.
In just three years of operation, we have successfully sold over 350,000 pieces to more than 100,000 customers, achieving nearly eight-figure annual revenue with remarkable year-over-year growth. Earlier this year, our growth caught the attention of Steve Hewitt, former Gymshark CEO and after working with Steve for several months, he wanted to personally invest into the business. At the time we were not seeking investment however Steve’s proposal for a long-term collaboration was too compelling to simply ignore. Steve now holds a board position in the company, enhancing our confidence in propelling D. Louise to new heights in the coming years.
Tipswalo Day | Obstetrician and Gynaecologist | Hywel Dda University Health Board
Tipswalo is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with a vision for safe and equitable maternity care.
Since completing specialty training, she has dedicated herself to creating an enhanced and more inclusive environment for service users and maternity staff.
She is passionate about clinical governance and effecting system change and is part of a multidisciplinary perinatal team who won the 2023 HSJ Patient Safety Award for Developing a Positive Safety Culture Award and the 2023 NHS Wales Award for Improving Patient Safety. She is a PERIPrem Cymru Obstetric champion, advocating for progresses in standardisation in the management of preterm birth. She is involved in facilitating improvements in bereavement care and support for those affected by clinical incidents in maternity services to ensure families can be assured of honest reviews and staff can be involved in implementation of meaningful changes.
She is heavily involved in education and has developed several interactive learning resources to enable engagement of learners at every level. She teaches on the Health Education and Improvement Wales Step Up Programme for specialty trainees progressing to higher levels.
She organised, chaired and spoke at the Race Matters in Maternity Conference in 2023; the first Welsh event to focus on highlighting and improving the experiences of women from minority racial, ethnic and cultural heritage groups. She was a finalist in the Clinical Champion category in the 2022 National B.A.M.E Health and Care Awards and was Highly Commended in the Maternal Health Advocate of the Year category at the 2024 Cura-H Awards.
Rosemary Kafula | Medical Student | Leicester Medical School
Since 2021, Rosemary Mwitwa Kafula has been honing her leadership, commitment, and initiative through various roles both within university and beyond.
She is an ambitious and conscientious 4th year medical student passionate about addressing healthcare disparities, medical education and widening participation. Rosemary is committed to empowering others and contributing to the community.
One of Rosemary’s first commitments to mentorship was ignited through her role as Melanin Medics Mentor, where she has provided monthly one-to-one mentoring sessions to aspiring medical students from African Caribbean backgrounds. As well as offering opportunity for self-assessment, Rosemary uses her role as Mentor to champion those from ethnic minority backgrounds. She vowed to give back and instil confidence and resilience amongst those from a similar background to hers.
Outside of medical school, Rosemary seeks to enhance her clinical skills through sub-internship and clinical observership roles. She also engages with prospective students as a Medical School Ambassador and encourages them to aim higher, helping them to overcome their perceived barriers to higher education.
Rosemary Mwitwa Kafula has also contributed significantly to academic support initiatives, such as tutoring for the Leicester Medical School Revision Society and coordinating revision events for first-year medical students as Year 2 Coordinator of Leicester Insight. In her leadership roles, including Vice President of Pathology Society and President of Leicester University Medics African Caribbean Society (LUMACS), she has facilitated educational and networking opportunities for students, while also spearheading initiatives to celebrate diversity and empower underrepresented groups in medicine.
Hannah Okechukwu | Director of Welfare | In2MedSchool
Hannah is a final-year medical student at Imperial College London with a strong interest in paediatrics and public health.
Throughout university, Hannah has demonstrated a strong commitment to voluntary work. In her second year, as part of her university’s Raising and Giving Society, she helped raise >£30,000 for charity and organised community outreach events. As a member of her Paediatrics society ”PlayTeam”, she volunteered with hospitalised children, later becoming “Volunteer Co-ordinator” and “PlayTeam Co-Chair” to support the society`s work.
During the pandemic, she joined a team of London medical students to organise a virtual paediatrics teaching series to facilitate the learning of students in response to COVID disruptions. Later on, as part of Right to Play society, she organised events raising >£11,000 for charity.
In her fifth year, she worked with medical school faculty to analyse exposure to inappropriate behaviours on clinical placements, and develop resources to manage challenging situations. As UH MedGroup Communications Officer she created social media content for a campaign promoting student safety following an increase in spiking incidents. In her final year, she organised an event promoting blood donations amongst university students, with >100 attendees.
For over three years, Hannah has acted as Director of Welfare for the Widening participation initiative “In2MedSchool” aimed at supporting aspiring medical students from disadvantaged backgrounds. In her role, she has managed a small team to protect the welfare of thousands of mentees and volunteers through creating safeguarding courses, developing policies, and arranging talks covering key topics to promote general wellbeing.
Gwendoline Akpulonu | Medical Student | University of Glasgow
I am a fourth year medical student, with strong ambitions to serve the most vulnerable groups in society, and provide an excellent standard of patient care.
Within medicine, I have undertaken research projects in women’s health, particularly obstetrics and gynaecology.
Alongside my degree, I have interests across multiple domains.
Whilst at secondary school, I was the founder and editor-in-chief of my school’s first medical journal, and was a president for both the Medical and Cultural Awareness Societies.
Currently, I am the Vice President of the University of Glasgow`s Afro-Caribbean Society. By planning and marketing various events, we have created an engaging environment for networking and cultural expression within Glasgow’s Black student community. Moreover, as a FutureDoc mentor, I contribute to widening access efforts and diversity in medical school admissions.
In addition, I am a Director for FreshEfied. FreshEfied is a social enterprise that focuses on the edification, evolution and education of Black students and young professionals in the UK. This is achieved through our Scholarships Hub, networking events and our student podcast, Fresh Dscvries.
I co-founded ”The Unveiled” bible study, debate and discussion group. With the central vision to encourage self-development, we mentor the youth at my local church. We have plans to expand this work through community outreach initiatives.

Naabil Khan | Medical Student | Skin For All
Naabil Khan is a third year medical student studying at the University of Exeter.
As well as completing a medical degree, she is a podcast host of the show Very Junior Doctors, the creator of the website, Skin For All, founder of the newsletter Future Dr and activist for representation and diversity in healthcare and medical education. Her impact is based on diversifying the medical curriculum, public involvement in medicine and ensuring that the conversation surrounding representation and diversity in medicine continues to be had and impactful results are witnessed.
Marjani Orchery | Dentist and Medical Doctor | SMILEquity
I am Dr Marjani Orchery, a dual-qualified medical doctor and dentist. I am also the founder of SMILEquity- an organisation delivering oral health education.
With over a decade of clinical experience, I am dedicated to reducing healthcare education gaps and leading community-based initiatives. My unique academic background, combined with a commitment to health equity, distinguishes my holistic approach to health. Additionally, my further training in medical anthropology contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the wider socio-cultural context of health and illness.
At SMILEquity, my focus is to deliver accessible, preventative health education for all, irrespective of socio-economic background. Notably, I previously created an oral hygiene programme for inpatients in a psychiatric hospital. This highlighted the interconnectedness of oral, physical, and mental well-being. Leveraging social media platforms, webinars and community-based teaching, I advocate for positive change in healthcare inequalities.
In addition to my clinical work, I`ve contributed articles to NHS Forest, addressing the vital link between green spaces and health inequalities. Collaborative practice forms the cornerstone of my practice, as evidenced by my role as a delegate to the UN Women UK Commission on the Status of Women 2024 and my ongoing commitment to mentoring students.
My journey reflects a steadfast dedication to holistic healthcare, community empowerment, and health equity. These values underscore my mission to make a positive impact in the healthcare landscape.
