Nandini Ramakrishnan | JP Morgan Asset Management

I am a Global Market Strategist in the Market Insights team at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. We provide timely economic and market commentary to clients, internal stakeholders, and media. Whether it is the case for investing in emerging markets or why the steeper US yield curve will be beneficial to certain equity sectors, I love talking markets. I am one of eight strategists that produce the quarterly 80-page“Guide to the Markets.” Analysing and explaining market news has been my passion since my undergraduate studies in economics at the University of Chicago. I moved to London specifically to join my team, arriving in Heathrow with a suitcase full of work suits and a few economics books, but without any friends, family, or professional networks in Europe. Two-and-a-half years later, I speak to clients all over the UK, Europe, and Middle East. I write a weekly column for the Financial Times Adviser and I appear on BBC, Bloomberg, Sky News and CNBC frequently to discuss market outlooks.
