I’m currently a Trainee Solicitor at Mercurae Law, where I balance my full-time work with studying for an LLM at BPP.
Alongside my legal career, I have volunteered for over 10 years, dedicating time to initiatives that support underrepresented groups. Before joining Mercurae Law, I was a Product Specialist Team Lead at a legal technology company, where I worked closely with senior legal teams from prominent companies such as BBC Studios. In this role, I honed my expertise in legal technology, providing advice on live projects and cases, and managed a team of three Product Specialists. When Life Gives You Lemons (WLGYL) was founded as an initiative supporting first-generation immigrant women and girls by offering career and life skills training. The initiative aims to empower these young women by helping them build confidence, develop key professional skills, and find a supportive community. I am particularly proud of the partnership with Mercurae Law, which provides legal work experience to these women, offering them valuable exposure to the profession.
