I started my career at BT six years ago as an apprentice, completing a three year Technology & Solutions degree.
Whilst completing this I worked shifts on the Global IPX platform support customers globally fixing faults ( in addition to, riding the rollercoaster of being a new mum and all the new experiences that brings in my final year ✨☺️). After completing my degree I moved into a Discovery Manager role, supporting a variety of teams in the network space with process and stakeholder management. After this, I moved into people management where I now manage four skilled teams. Three of which focus on resolver elements for our UK customers and one with a focus on provision for one of BT’s expanding offerings. I hope to continue to development and support the teams aside me and look forward to what BT has to offer going into 2025.
