Lisa Kirchner is a member of Dyal Capital’s Business Services Platform since 2020.
She supports and provides advise to the Dyal Portfolio with regards to creating and enforcing a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategy at the GP- and Portfolio Company-level. Her area of focus includes DEI data, specifically how to leverage and create meaningful analysis of the data in order to strengthen a firm’s DEI-decision making processes. Additionally, Lisa supports the research and improvement of local programs supporting previously incarcerated non-violent individuals to ease their access to returning to a life with full time employment and away from crime. Previously, Lisa worked as an investment banking analyst at HSBC in London, where she sat in the Financial Sponsor group.
Lisa grew up in Germany, and has since lived in Israel, Singapore, the United States and the United Kingdom. She graduated from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in 2017 with a BSc. in International Management. Lisa also completed a summer programme at Columbia University in New York City.
