I have been with the bank since 2002, starting in a customer facing role and then realising my dream and passion to help and support others to learn and succeed, by moving to Learning & Development. Firstly in training then in design and then l became an accredited Leadership Coach and Facilitator, facilitating leadership workshops and coaching many.
From 2015 to 2016 I facilitated a Leadership programme to circa 13,000 leaders in over 170 workshops globally, which I am very proud of, being the first truly global leadership programme creating one set of tools and techniques with one language for all
I feel very privileged and determined, as a Performance Consultant, part of the Performance Excellence team, to be able to merge my knowledge of coaching skills and experience, to support leaders to become clear, capable and motivated to be the best of the best, role modelling great leadership, enabling and ensuring we are engaging our people and providing a great service to our customers
