A leader, coach, and advocate, Louisa Clarke has built a career defined by resilience, impact, and transformation.
From serving a decade in the Royal Air Force to leading multi-million-pound Facilities Management (FM) operations, she has consistently broken barriers in male-dominated industries. Leaving the military after ten years—while battling post-natal depression—Louisa transitioned into FM, quickly rising through the ranks to become Managing Director. She led complex operations, drove business growth, and shaped high-performing teams. Then, in 2022, she founded One Feather Coaching, turning £1 into a six-figure business in just 15 months. She now supports executives, leaders, and businesses in unlocking their full potential. A passionate advocate for veterans and women in leadership, Louisa co-founded and chairs the IWFM Veterans in FM Network, serves on the UK Government’s Veterans Advisory Board, and co-leads Plan B for FM, a movement supporting women in FM. Her work has earned her recognition as Ex-Forces Business Leader of the Year, a Top 50 Workplace Leader, and a Global Coaching and Leadership Award winner. Whether coaching leaders, shaping policies, or driving equity in FM, Louisa remains committed to lifting others as she climbs—creating opportunities, breaking barriers, and ensuring the next generation doesn’t have to fight as hard for success.
