Natasha has built a career at PwC, making significant contributions to the Consulting and Risk Assurance practices.
For the past two years, she has been an integral part of the UK Consulting Finance Transformation team. She is specialising in several key areas: – Process Design & Implementation: Natasha expertly guides projects from current state assessments to TO-BE process design, implementation, and support. Her role includes gathering system requirements, overseeing implementation, conducting rigorous testing, and managing go-live activities and hypercare. – Process Risks and Controls: With a deep understanding of process risks and controls, she designs control matrices, implements IT General Controls, and enhances finance processes. – Process KPIs and Dashboards Design: Natasha is skilled in crafting KPIs and dashboards that enable stakeholders to measure performance and make informed decisions. Before joining PwC, Natasha earned a master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Warwick Business School, which solidified her robust foundation in technology and management. She also holds a degree in IT and Economics from the Saint Petersburg Finance University, where she explored the intersection of technology and economics. Her academic journey was further enriched by an Erasmus programme at Lappeenranta University of Technology in Finland, which offered her diverse perspectives on technology and innovation.
