I joined the army in 2014 as a combat medical technician.
I then deployed to Kenya and South Sudan. I setup the defence breastfeeding network in 2020 when I realised that the armed forces didn’t support women integrating back into the work place after maternity leave. I then trained as a paramedic in 2021.
