Having recently completed the RBWM Graduate Programme, I secured my first permanent role with HSBC as Project and Governance Manager within Retail Credit Risk.
The Programme prepared me with a breadth of experience, from customer experience and people management, to strategy analytics and finally, as Diversity and Inclusion Manager within the UK bank.
Following an early career within healthcare, the programme proved a challenging next step, but ultimately served as a springboard for my career.
Passionate about Inclusion, I’ve launched a number of initiatives connecting employee resource groups to our people, providing a platform for unheard voices and development in the under-represented.
