Birgit Neu is a Senior DEI Advisor.  

She was previously Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at HSBC, with a broad career spanning multiple sectors including digital, retail, publishing and financial services. She has been named in LinkedIn’s Top 10 UK Voices for Gender Equity 2022, Top 20 Diversity Professionals in Industry 2020 by the Global Diversity List, and was Head of Diversity of the Year at the 2019 European Diversity Awards. Birgit is a founding member of the 30% Club’s Strategy Best Practices Working Group focussing on commercial DEI best practices, and is a regular contributor to thought leadership and advisory groups across different aspects of DEI and ESG for leading organisations worldwide.
