Harriet has over twelve years’ experience in the energy industry, having started her career on the graduate scheme at National Grid.
Harriet has over twelve years’ experience in the energy industry, having started her career on the graduate scheme at National Grid. She is currently the Executive Assistant to the National Energy System Operator’s (NESO) CEO. In this role, she ensures that the organisation and its executive leadership team operate effectively, driving decision-making and cross-functional delivery. Prior to this, she has held roles in organisational transformation, regulation and business planning, and energy analysis.
Harriet is a passionate supporter of those early in their careers, providing mentorship to colleagues and actively supporting NESO’s graduate and supported internship schemes.
