India Gary Martin | CEO & Founder of Leadership For Execs

India Martin is a former corporate C-Suite executive and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council.

She has held global C-Suite roles, including expatriate assignments in London, Frankfurt, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. In her final role at JPMorgan, India was Managing Director & Global Chief Operating Officer for Investment Banking Technology and Operations, where she had operational responsibility for 15,000 staff in more than 40 global locations.

In her post-banking career, India is a public and private company Non-Executive Director, a not-for-profit board member, and a globally recognized leadership coach and DEI strategist. Through her multi-disciplinary leadership consultancy, she advises corporate and not-for-profit around the world on both leadership and DEI programs.

She is on the strategic advisory boards of Weber Shandwick (US) and Qintess (Brazil).

India is on the coaching faculty at Georgetown University’s Executive Master’s in Leadership and is also an instructor at Howard University School of Business Corporate Education Department specializing in DEI Content. She lives in the Washington DC Metro area.
