Jane KarczewskiJane Karczewski is Head of Key Client Partnerships at Alter Domus, a leading technology and servicing and structuring expert in the Private and Alternatives space.

Jane has over 30 years of Investment Banking experience, covering clients in EMEA and globally. She has held leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Citi, and HSBC. Her roles have covered Markets trading, sales, prime brokerage, strategy, business development, & platform innovation, as well as global custody product management.  Whilst leading Global Custody at HSBC, Jane served on the AFME post-trade committee, the Board of the Association of Global Custodians, and the GITOS initiative (tech and platform solutions) founded by the largest Global Asset Owners and Sovereign Wealth Funds. She is a regular public speaker across many aspects of the investment value chain.

Before joining Alter Domus, Jane was Managing Director, Head of Investors Business Development and ESG solutions at Société Générale. She is also a NED and strategic advisor to several start-ups focusing on Fintech, Wellbeing, and Socially Responsible Investing.

Jane has been a supporter of DEI throughout her career. She was Co-Chair of Citi Women at Citi and led the Women’s Network at Société Generale in the UK. She has been on the Board of London Women’s Forum (for senior females in the financial sector) since 2007 and is now the current Board Chair. Jane is a Trustee and Executive Committee Member of the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and The Circle NGO. The Circle, set up by Annie Lennox, advocates and funds initiatives to fight for a fairer world for women and girls across the world.

A multilingual leader, Jane holds a BA (Hons) in European Studies with French and German from Kent University.
