Jane Karczewski | Managing Director, Head of Investors Business Development, Société General

Jane Karczewski, Managing Director, UK Head of Investors Business Development joined Société General in March 2022. She is responsible for driving the growth of the UK franchise with a specific focus on ESG Solutions and Strategic Client Development.

Jane has over 28 years’ experience across markets trading, sales, and product development with senior roles at Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and Citi. She was most recently Head of Global Custody at HSBC. Jane is also a respected Diversity Advocate and is a champion of culture and inclusion in the workplace. She is a Gender, Pride, Be Me and Multi-Cultural Ambassador at Société Générale. Jane is currently Co-Chair of the SG UK Gender Network and Chair of London Women’s Forum, having served on the Board for 15 years. She was formerly Co-Chair of Citi Women at Citi. Jane is a Trustee of the Auto Immune Support and Awareness Foundation and an avid supporter of the arts. She is an active member of the Royal Academy of Dance, serving on their Funding and Development and Marketing and Membership Committees and has just been appointed as a Trustee. She continues to dance in her spare time, ballet, Jazz & Pro Am Latin.
