She was named an Elite Women in Insurance by Insurance Business in 2024 for her contribution to the sector & several of the bespoke programmes designed & delivered by the Progress Partnership have won industry awards.
Prior to founding The Progress Partnership in 2013 she gained over 20 years’ experience in (re)insurance as a broker, underwriter & was most latterly COO of the Global Power Specialty at Aon.
A passionate advocate for diversity of thought & increased inclusion, Katherine founded The Insurance Breakfast Club (IBC) an award-winning accelerator for female talent, in 2019.
Now welcoming it’s 6th cohort & with an alumni of over 150 women the IBC supports the career development of women across the (re)insurance sector through a bespoke 12 month development programme including 1-2-1 Executive coaching, live workshops, roundtables & mentoring from global leaders.
She also speaks regularly at industry events & is a past trustee of Dress for Success, a charity helping women return to the workplace.
