Khayala’s passion for advocacy has seen her use her platform as a Chief of Staff for the strong EMEA Consulting Operations Transformation practice and previously as Commercial Director for EMEA Deals practice and prior to that as a head of Sales & business development in Financial services to co-lead the firm’s DEI initiatives.
Her unwavering commitment to promoting gender equality, diversity and inclusivity within the international communities she is working for and at the workplace has been recognised in the industry through a number of recognitions and awards she has received over the years. In November 2023, she was selected as a Finalist for the UN Women UK 2023 awards for her hard work and dedication in driving gender equality and inclusion. Khayala is a thought leader, an experienced public speaker, mentor & coach.She is Winner of the Women in Finance award 2020, Women in Insurance 20&21, WeAreTheCity Top 50 Trailblazer awards; University of Cambridge faculty member and the contributor to the Judge Business School Rising Women leaders programme and Wo+Men leadership center at the University of Cambridge.
