Sam Cooper-Gray is the Head of Market Strategy and Engagement at HSBC Business Banking.

She also serves as the HSBC Commercial Female Customer Strategy lead creating the $1bn Female Entrepreneur Fund in 2023 and is the driving force behind the HSBC UK Women’s Business Growth Initiative. Sam has over 25 years’ experience in financial services, is on the board of The Financial Alliance for Women and has a podcast ‘The Beginners Guide to being a Grown up’ where guests share their secrets to adulthood.
