Tash founded Tash Pennant Consultancy over a decade ago and has worked with notable organisations such as the NHS, DWP, HSBC, and National Grid. She recently left the Civil Service after making a significant impact on ethnic minority business engagement and informing the landmark work now being done concerning women in business too. Alongside running Tash Pennant Consultancy, she is an ambassador for The Young Leaders Club which supports young people to identify their routes into work or a vocation.
