As a Partner and Head of ESG & Sustainability advisory practice at DWF Law LLP, Tracey advises on business ethics, compliance, regulation, corporate governance and culture.
Tracey is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ICAEW) and a Certified Organisational Development Practitioner (NTL Institute) specialising in organisational change and performance. Tracey is an Independent Panel Advisor on Corporate Governance and Culture, for the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) and a Visiting Fellow at the Inter-Disciplinary Ethics Applied (IDEA) Centre, University of Leeds where she contributes to the teaching curriculum and delivers insight and expertise on Ethical Leadership, Senior Leaders Applied Ethics Programmes and research projects.
Tracey is an award-winning leader and champion of inclusion and belonging initiatives to optimise the benefits of diversity and valuing difference in the workplace. She is also an established author of published research, thought leadership, a TEDx speaker, and podcaster, media commentator and an inspirational conference speaker, broadcaster and panellist on business-critical topics including leadership with integrity, trust and respect in the workplace, ethical business conduct, ESG and Sustainability, AI ethics, and diversity, equality and inclusion. Tracey is recognised in the City as an expert in her field and has received many accolades.
