AGENDA

Sparking creativity in yourself and others

In today’s business environment, it is more important than ever for leaders to recognize the importance of creativity. It has been identified by the World Economic Forum as the most important skill to develop for the future of work. However, daily pressures make it difficult to see outside the status quo and pervasive myths about creativity make it seem as though it cannot be learned and developed. In this session, Dr Tamara Friedrich will share her expertise on creativity and how leaders can not only improve their own ability to be creative but, importantly, also encourage more creativity in those they are leading.
