Julia Streets is a champion of fintech and entrepreneurship, innovation, diversity and inclusion.
In 2007, she founded Streets Consulting, the business development, marketing and communications consultancy. She and her team advise a wide range of international firms in the field of fintech, capital markets, investment management and payments innovation, as well as specialist offerings including NFTs, digital assets, tokenisation, blockchain, artificial intelligence and more.
Prior to becoming a founder & CEO, Julia was global head of communications at NYSE Technologies, serving on the Executive Committee and European head of marketing and sales development at Instinet Europe. She was head of eCommerce for a City PR agency throughout the dotcom boom and over the past 30+ years she has advised hundreds of startups, scaleups and global banks and financial institutions. A certified transformation leadership coach, she works with senior executives to help them build and lead high performing teams, develop proud and solid growth-minded cultures and outperform as enlightened leaders. Julia is the host of ‘DiverCity Podcast’ talking about diversity, equity and inclusion in financial services. Now in its 15th series, DiverCity Podcast has listeners in >50 countries and is ranked one of the world’s top DE&I podcasts. She is also the host of CityAM’s ESG show “Impact AM Live”, Shell’s Energy Podcast and host of ‘Metaverse: What matters?”, recorded in the metaverse, available on You Tube. She is an advisor, mentor and investor and is called upon to chair many of the world’s leading conferences drawing not only on her industry experience, but also on her skills as a speaker, host and sell-out stand up comedian.

Jane Karczewski
Jane Karczewski, Managing Director, UK Head of Investors Business Development joined Société General in March 2022. She is responsible for driving the growth of the UK franchise with a specific focus on ESG Solutions and Strategic Client Development. Jane has over 28 years’ experience across markets trading, sales, and product development with senior roles at Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and Citi. She was most recently Head of Global Custody at HSBC. Jane is also a respected Diversity Advocate and is a champion of culture and inclusion in the workplace. She is a Gender, Pride, Be Me and Multi–Cultural Ambassador at Société Générale. Jane is currently Co-Chair of the SG UK Gender Network and Chair of London Women’s Forum, having served on the Board for 15 years. She was formerly Co-Chair of Citi Women at Citi.
Jane is a Trustee of the Auto Immune Support and Awareness Foundation and an avid supporter of the arts. She is an active member of the Royal Academy of Dance, serving on their Funding and Development and Marketing and Membership Committees and has just been appointed as a Trustee. She continues to dance in her spare time, ballet, Jazz & Pro Am Latin.
PASHA
Pasha was born and raised in the Far East of Siberia and started to dance at the age of 8. Following his passion for dance he eventually moved to the USA at the age of 20.
After a very successful professional competitive career in Latin Dancing with his dance partner Anya Garnis, Pasha auditioned for a 3rd season of a very popular TV show – So You Think You Can Dance that made him a popular and recognizable dancer across the US. After the TV show was over Pasha was invited to be a part of the Ballroom sensation show playing on Broadway – Burn The Floor . After the Broadway run Pasha joined Burn The Floor’s World Tour and eventually performed on the WestEnd.
In 2011 Pasha joined the professional cast of Strictly Come Dancing.
8 seasons on the show, 4 finals and 1 Glitter Ball Trophy later Pasha finished his career on Strictly to focus on producing his own shows.
In 2021 Pasha came back to the WestEnd as one of the lead performers in Here Come The Boys show and has most recently toured the UK in la Bamba – The Musical
He has also choreographed his first film – A Paris Christmas Waltz ( American Family Network) and new musical Barista – which opens this Summer in Horsham
Pasha has been announced to be in competing in ITV Cooking With The Stars and to Tour the UK again with his former Strictly Stars in Legends – Live on Stage.
SOUTHEND VOX
Southend Vox is an award-winning, contemporary mixed-voice choir based in Southend-on-Sea. Established in 2009, we now have over 60 members from member walks of line with one thing in common – a love of singing together!
The choir contributes to the musical community of Southend through regular local performances whilst raising money for local and national charities. Vox has also development a national reach, performing at events such as the WeAreTheCity Rising Star Awards, singing on BBC News, and supporting the Music Man Project at the Royal Albert Hall (twice!).

Kindly hosted by IHG at the Intercontinental Hotel, Park Lane, London and live streamed virtually, where over 400 winners, sponsors, judges and guests enjoyed a sparkling reception, a three-course meal and fine wine. Attendees were also given the opportunity to network with each other, sponsors and judges and to celebrate their achievements.
