Rosa Pan is the Global Service Delivery Manager for the Multinational Network Partner Practice group. Ms. Pan is responsible for the development and execution of the strategy for the top 130 clients across all Network Partner territories as well as the internal and external communications, training and knowledge development/delivery across all 140 partner countries.
Ms. Pan joined AIG in 2011 as a graduate in the EMEA Environmental team, progressing into a regional Environmental Underwriter and further advancing as the Chief of Staff for Specialty Lines EMEA. She more recently served as the Chief of Staff for Property & Special Risks (PSR) in AEL and the UK and as the Global Target Operating Model (TOM) programme and business lead for Global Special Risks.
She holds significant experience in managing and delivering high impact region-wide strategic initiatives and is the conduit for integration, alignment and implementation of AIG strategies across the team.
Ms. Pan earned a B.Sc. (Hon) degree in Economics and Management from Royal Holloway University of London and holds a Certificate in Insurance qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
