I studied two-thirds of a law degree, a full modern languages degree, and then dabbled in semi-professional music before finding my way to consulting: a range of experiences which enable me to engage with people from all manners of backgrounds, at all levels of seniority, in order to deliver impact.
My work has given me the opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of crisis management and preparedness projects, spanning time zones and borders. Having co-founded my company’s Neurodiversity Network, I continue to lead it as the Global Chair and we have since expanded across Europe and North America – working to drive meaningful conversations at all levels to create and support environments for neurodiverse colleagues to excel.
