Sarah Lambley

Sarah champions the voices of underrepresented groups at the BBC.

She is passionate about supporting and empowering the next generation and works tirelessly to ensure that journalism is an accessible career choice for everyone and that a wide range of perspectives are represented. In her current role as BBC Development Manager, she leads on delivering high-profile events, powerful communication campaigns, culture change initiatives and outreach programmes. She is currently on the Board of Brixton Finishing School and a COVID-19 Vaccine Patient Care Advocate for St John’s Ambulance.
