Sushma is a highly skilled technical architect, with 19 years of experience in enterprise software product development in the Security and capital markets domains. She has a strong understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of developing complex systems and developing teams that deliver real value.
Sushma has worked in a number of roles from developer through Principal Engineer and manager roles and to Chief architect for a product based startup and an enterprise program.
She leverages her entrepreneurial skills from her startup experience within the organization, rapidly building effective teams and using her networks both within and outside the region to support them, as well as seeking innovative uses of technology to solve the real business problems that required of her role.
Sushma is passionate about technology and people, leading diverse extra curricular initiatives from pulling all night sessions at Blockchain hackathons to leading the Diversity hiring workstream in IT India.
