I grew up in London with New Zealand parents and went to a comprehensive school in North London.

I joined PwC on the graduate scheme in 1999 and have done a number of roles mainly focused around insurance and asset management audit. I was promoted to partner in 2011 and became the leader of the UK Insurance Audit practice with a team of around 400 in 2017. About 10 years ago, I became involved in diversity through events run by iWIN, ISC, iCAN, and the Chartered Institute of Insurers (Insuring Women’s Future), including sponsoring events, pledging for HeforShe and encouraging women and men in my teams to get involved.
