After completing my Master’s degree in Global Media and Communications in London, I have worked in a number of Consumer Strategy and Insight roles within the Media and Entertainment Industry.
I started my career in media agencies, ensuring that clients’ communication strategies considered the needs and wants of customers. I then transitioned to client-side roles, where I shaped commercial business strategies using market trends and bespoke consumer research. For the past 5 years, I have been working at Sky, elevating consumer led insight to drive Content, Brand & Proposition business decisions.
