Aoife is currently Head of Accessibility and Inclusion within Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service Reform Programme. The Reform Programme is a once in a generation opportunity to transform the entire HM Courts and Tribunals Service, enhancing the provision of a world-class justice system, in a manner that provides an improved user experience at reduced cost to the taxpayer. Aoife’s role is focussed on defining and developing the assisted digital service provision for the criminal, family, civil and tribunal justice systems – an ambitious and challenging task but one that will ensure that access to justice is maintained and even improved for some of the most vulnerable people in our communities.
Aoife is passionate about issues of accessibility, inclusion and equality and has spent the last four years since arriving in the UK from Australia dedicated to developing public services which are accessible, easy to use, digital by design and default, and well supported for non-digital users.
