Morag’s career journey has allowed her to examine a vast range of organisational structures and leadership styles. Her first Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) role was reporting on institutional racism within the prison system over 15 years ago. Using data analytics and organisational psychology, Kiltered helps business leaders develop cohesive and achievable strategies for change and empowers businesses to put plans into action in a meaningful way.
