The majority of my career has focused on being an Executive Assistance (Manager) – including for senior leadership and Managing Directors.
As life changed after COVID I became more and more passionate about driving culture change in our industry, particularly regarding diversity and inclusion. Last year I took a leap of faith and moved into Social Value, with the aim to support our teams in delivering positive economic, social and environmental wellbeing in both our workplaces, and within the communities we operate.
