Julia Streets is a champion of fintech entrepreneurship, innovation and diversity.

In 2007, she founded Streets Consulting, the business development, marketing and communications consultancy. She and her team advise a wide range of international firms in the field of fintech, capital markets, investment management and payments innovation, as well as specialist offerings including NFTs, digital assets, tokenisation, blockchain, artificial intelligence and more.

Prior to becoming a founder & CEO, Julia was global head of communications at NYSE Technologies, serving on the Executive Committee and European head of marketing and sales development at Instinet Europe. She was head of eCommerce for a City PR agency throughout the dotcom boom and over the past 30+ years she has advised hundreds of startups, scaleups and global banks and financial institutions. A certified transformation leadership coach, she works with senior executives to help them build and lead high performing teams, develop proud and solid growth-minded cultures and outperform as enlightened leaders.

Julia is the host of ‘DiverCity Podcast’ talking about diversity, equity and inclusion in financial services. Now in its 15th series, DiverCity Podcast has listeners in >50 countries and is ranked one of the world’s top DE&I podcasts.

She is also the host of CityAM’s ESG show “Impact AM Live”, Shell’s Energy Podcast and host of ‘Metaverse: What matters?”, recorded in the metaverse, available on You Tube.

She is an advisor, mentor and investor and is called upon to chair many of the world’s leading conferences drawing not only on her industry experience, but also on her skills as a speaker, host and sell-out stand up comedian.

KRISTINA RIHANOFF

Since retiring from competitions, Kristina has carved a name for herself after appearances on the ‘Dancing with The Stars’ USA Tour in 2007, and it wasn’t long until she was lured to the UK to join the TV phenomenon of ‘Strictly Come Dancing’. The UK have grown to love her choreography and well composed routines for both her fellow Professionals and learning Celebrities. With a diverse range of previous partners on the show, she has managed transform these contestants into polished performers in the ballroom, thanks to her exceptional teaching abilities and choreography masterpieces.

Kristina’s wealth of experience provides her with the perfect platform to utilise her knowledge and create the ‘’Bespoke Ballroom’’ dance and drama academy in her home town Northampton.

Kristina has over 25 years of teaching experience and is well known for her hard work, dedication, skillful choreography and most importantly her patience. Kristina loves working with children and young adults and believes that learning dance and drama improves youngsters social skills, boost confidence and promotes self-expression. Kristina is very excited to partner up with highly skillful and experience teachers and create her performing arts academy “Bespoke Ballroom” and offer dancing and drama lessons to all ages from babies to young adults.

ROBIN WINDSOR

Robin is mostly known for his time as a professional dancer on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing dancing with Patsy Kensit, Anita Dobson, Lisa Riley and Deborah Meaden

He has toured the world multiple times with renowned stage show Burn The Floor.

The success of the show included a 9 month run on Broadway and with Robin headlining the show on London’s West End.

Robin has toured the UK in various shows such as, Strictly Live Tour, Putting on the ritz, Dance to the Music, Keep dancing, The Farewell and Come What May.

Robin has just completed a sell out 25th anniversary reunion tour of Burn The Floor.

OLD HAT

You’ve experienced nothing like Old Hat. A true friendship bonded with comedy antics. Will Norrington and Mikey Hobday are part of the incredible duo, Old Hat. They have performed at 100’s of venues sharing classics from ‘Sinatra’ as well as a number of other ‘Rat Pack’ style numbers. Their act is packed with energy and fun, and they know exactly how to work their audience into laughter and dancing.

Kindly hosted by Pan Pacific London in their beautiful Pacific Ballroom, where over 400 winners, sponsors, judges and guests enjoyed a sparkling reception, a three-course meal and fine wine. Attendees were also given the opportunity to network with each other, sponsors and judges and to celebrate their achievements.
